It was perfect for our large multi-generational family group.
Positive: We were a multi-generational family group wanting to stay close to our Aussie family. This accommodation was perfect. Management organised for all of our seperate apartments to be on the same floor. It was a short, direct drive to extended family and there was plenty of street parking for our vehicles. Also management were easy to contact when we had any queries.

Very clean and nice
Positive: It was clean, in a pretty good location, the kitchen and the the rooms of the house were very nice
Negative: There wasn’t much parking out on the street as our car didn’t fit in the lift garage, and at first the system is a bit hard to get in but after that it’s fine

Positive: Our previous accommodation we booked on Booking.com was cancelled by the hosts just hours before our stay, however booking.com found us this alternative based on my requirements. The property manager was very quick to respond and the checking process was a smooth one. They even arranged us parking at the parking stacker very quickly. We stayed on level 2 and the apartment was clean. We didn’t notice any sound.
Negative: The kitchenette didn’t have any spices or other utensils were limited.

Perfect for groups
Positive: Clean, new, right next to tram station. Managers super friendly & attentive.

Positive: Location good for us although rather a quiet area. Great access to trams with direct line from outside the front door, all the way to Flinders Street Station and the CBD. 25 to 20 mins only. Also only 18 to 20 mins from the airport. A very nice apartment overall.
Negative: The only issues we had were: 1). Difficulty with wifi. There were 3 or 4 networks offered but they were constantly dropping in and out, which made things rather difficult for us. 1A) I did not.particularly like having to use an online link on my phone to open the main door to the building. Because of the lack of stable wifi in the apartment, we were forced tonuse up our roaming data, which meantbon 2 occasions ai was not able access the building. Luckily my wife was in sonI was able to use the intercom and she came down and let me in. A key fob was offered as an optional access device, so next time I would take that. 2) as we were there for 11 nights we could have done with some more washing powder / sachets and dishwashing liquids.
