Positive: Location and quiet

Don't fall for this fake advertising. Balcony photos were fake. Balconeys you wont enjoy Positive: It was difficult to find location no signage. Received email with instructions but not clear. there is awful link to open the door which need to press the link multiple times to open the door. if reception is bad door wont open. Negative: Entry wasn't that pleasant. Apartment wasn't cleaned and smelly.Beds were substandard. Though property rated higher rating seems like they were fake and paid ratings. I don't normally comment on properties i stayed but I don't want someone else fall for it. Beds were cheapest you could find in the market and mattress even same. if two people sleep on one bed, other person is awake if one person move or rolled on the bed because substandard mattress. Was advertised with balcony, but balcone has nothing to see other than lattice fence up to head height. it was like dog cage. No bins located within the building. You need to carry bins bags through the street around the block to reach the bin.The only window on one bedroom were disgustingly dirty see photo.

Apart from a little difficulty with gaining access the accommodation itself was first class . Negative: Difficulty in key collection as had trouble getting internet access from the entry area. Even then the process for entry didn't work. I do speak volumes for the patience and understanding of our host and in the finish she was able to accommodate our entry through providing a fob.

Conveniently comfortable stay! Positive: Apartment was perfectly suited to our needs. Location convenient to public transport and short walk to shops. Plenty of food and cafes in immediate precinct. Comfortable and clean, easy access with digital entry. Negative: Entry foyer, outside could be tidier and more attractive. Lots of leaves and scattered rubbish. Broken letterboxes. Delay on door opening here was disconcerting when on own. Cupboards inside need knobs or child latches repaired.
