It was perfect for our large multi-generational family group. Positive: We were a multi-generational family group wanting to stay close to our Aussie family. This accommodation was perfect. Management organised for all of our seperate apartments to be on the same floor. It was a short, direct drive to extended family and there was plenty of street parking for our vehicles. Also management were easy to contact when we had any queries.

Great place, reasonable price and would definitely recommend and stay again. Positive: Location great. Tram stop right outside door. Short walk to beautiful Queens Park Negative: Would have been thoughtful for owner to have just a few basics in the cupboard that you wouldn’t think of packing or needing to buy, I.e. salt and paper. Small thing really. Took a while to get our heads around the apartment door entry procedure. I guess it’s all about being familiar with these security measures. We had many laughs in the corridor.

unsafe area and photos look nothing like the display photos on booking.com. Positive: bed was comfortable, it was quiet and close to service station and trams. Good supply of kitchen utensils if looking to do a longer stay and bathroom and bedrooms were good size. Negative: Host sent the instructions late so we couldnt access the building at 10pm which he gave us attitude when we had to get in contact with him. The bathroom floor wasnt vacuumed so there was previous tenants body hair on floor and in bed. Entry door system is extremely dangerous as it was laggy and couldnt access quickly or lock it behind you either. Room came with balcony which was locked and inaccessible. photos dont match the actual apartment either.

Positive: Everything was amazing... apart from the beds, hard as a rock but that's just a personal preference and does not reflect on the quality of the stay. Thanks again and would highly recommend.

The place is very clean and spacious and has everything you could need Negative: The place was great but maybe fly screens in the windows so you could open them I also wish there was a top sheet as it is summer so too hot for just the doona
