Negative: We were disappointed with our stay at Queensview 168 Apartments, Moonee Ponds. We stayed for several nights and found the double bed too small to comfortably share with my husband and our 3-year-old child. The furniture was old and not very comfortable. The TV (TCL) remote was not functioning well. There was only one air conditioner in the living room, and it was extremely hot. We had to sleep with the bedroom door open as there was no fan or other cooling option, and the temperature could not be set below 22 degrees. The electric kettle was leaking, and there was no proper rubbish disposal bin provided, which was inconvenient. The most difficult part of our stay was the access and parking, which caused a lot of stress. Overall, it was a sad and disappointing experience for our family.

Positive: The two bedrooms with bathrooms close or attached to both as well as the general cleanliness. Negative: The stain on the carpeting of the ensuite bedroom. A bit more clarity on what is was would have helped with transparency.

Positive: The apartment was a good size, was nice and clean and access was modern and cool. Negative: Some people would struggle with the phone unlocking system, once we worked it out it was fine.

Positive: Clean and comfortable, great location, trams on your doorstep. Well equipped apartment with everything you need, even a washer and a dryer. Negative: You could hear noises from the nearby apartments if they were loud and the tram noises can be loud at times.

Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it although it did feel a little warm. Positive: Beds were comfortable and accommodation was clean. I loved the security and the location was perfect. Negative: I didn’t particularly like the sheer blinds in the lounge area as I feel that there was no privacy once the lights were on. I was also disappointed that the air conditioning system was unable to be set lower than 22 as the outside part would freeze up and cease working.
