Positive: Location was good and pleasant apartment. Negative: We booked a deluxe apartment, but were informed just one night before our arrival that it was unavailable due to the previous guests extending their stay. While we were offered a alternative options or a full refund, I had no choice but to accept the changes because I am traveling with my family and it was too late to find other suitable accommodations. Furthermore, we were offered a voucher and a free parking spot as compensation, only to be told later that the parking spot had already been booked by someone else. This lack of internal communication is unacceptable. Your team should ensure that offers are actually available before passing conflicting messages to your customers.

Nice, very convinient to cafes and visiting my Melbourne family. Positive: Convinient spot Negative: We now have a good idea how to get and use the e-key - it is Ok however I do not like handing over our identity cards - what guarantee there will not be stollen and used for identity theft.

It was perfect for our large multi-generational family group. Positive: We were a multi-generational family group wanting to stay close to our Aussie family. This accommodation was perfect. Management organised for all of our seperate apartments to be on the same floor. It was a short, direct drive to extended family and there was plenty of street parking for our vehicles. Also management were easy to contact when we had any queries.
